Cloud Monitoring API help

Hello, we are migrating from Citrix on-prem to Cloud, however, we rely on SQL data from Citrix for business metrics. Is there a way to obtain a schema document or is it possible to target an endpoint that will return a JSON or XML representation to help us map on-prem fields to the Citrix Cloud monitoring API?
