We don't exactly know when it stopped but helpdesk recollection they were able to shadow users in August.
The Shadow button is now greyed out with a pop up message that "the feature is supported only for domain joined machines"
Citrix support straight up saying this feature is for domain joined machines and no way for me to prove we've been using it.

Provisioning type: Machine Creation Services (MCS)
Assignment type: Pooled
Hosting platform: Azure
Rendezvous V2 enabled
We have Machine catalog (MCS Provisioned) which is Azure AD Joined as its identity type https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-daas/install-configure/machine-identities/azure-active-directory-joined
this setup have been in production since Dec 2022 and been using the shadow feature via DaaS Monitor page for remote assistance to users.
