We have a Citrix Virtual App platform running on both Windows Server 2012R2 and Windows Server 2016, providing applications to mobile devices, including Android tablets. We are encountering an issue specifically with Windows Server 2012R2, where Citrix Workspace does not display the 'App Switch' option.
