Image portability service export from Vsphere to SMB script

Hi - I am attempting to load parameters for the IPS export from vsphere to SMB PS script . I am receiving error that the locationID is not available. Yet I have taken this ID from the DAAS cloud console and it is correct. Authentication is passing ok . The ID I have in the script is that of the cloud connector resource location

Any suggestions on why this could be failing at this point??
