I have a client that we have upgraded their HP ThinPro clients to the 2305 client to address some Teams and Webex issues.
However, we noticed that after upgrading post 2212 the workspace app no longer times out users after x amount of inactivity.
This looks like a new feature for the linux client, and they have the ability to adjust timeouts with Citrix cloud, but this is a storefront on-premise deployment. And they need this functionality so that if someone closes the active Citrix session they can't then launch a session as the previous user as it was still logged in.
Storefront for Web does properly sign out, just when you use a more modern workspace app it doesn't honor our settings. I would hate having to re-design the entire infrastructure to work around this. Anyone have any thoughts on how to get back to the function we had without roll backs?
