Is there a way to only allow specific desktops or apps to only launch from a whitelisted IP?

I want to be able to have internal and external Citrix DaaS access for desktop and apps, but also have the ability to block one desktop unless the user is coming from a certain subnet.  Is that possible?

 

For instance, I have a published call center desktop, but I only want the desktop to be launched from the physical call center location and unable to launch from anywhere else (like one of the users' homes).
