xdping says : Verify ctxusbsd service running [ERROR] on RedHat 9.1

Hello,

 

I ran /opt/Citrix/VDA/bin/xdping to check the configuration before creating a catalogue.

xdping display an error about ctxusbsd service

 

When checking the service with the command service ctxusbsd satus I see that the kernel module was not compiled.

I am using VDA 2305.

Do you have policies setup to enable usb redirection?  That module may not load correctly until after it has received policies to enable usb support.

It is a kernel module so the version compiled must match exactly the kernel version.

It make it difficult to use, as It will failed to load after any kernel update. Seems the rpm is not in the official rhel repo.
