Ubuntu20 VDA not getting registered after Machine Catalog creation

the VDI machine i listed as not registered under machine catalog.

service status in VDA is as below:

1. Do you have the correct version of dotnet installed?

2. Have you tried a more recent VDA, and did you install the version specific for 20.04?

I am using .net 3.1 run time.

I have tried 2103 and 2104.

I have not tried any other VDA other than these

Take a look at this article.   Might be a Kerberos AD issue.

Same issue with RHEL 9.1 and VDA 2205.

setting ms-DSsupportencryptionTypes to 31 did not solve the issue.
