Upgrade LTSR 2203 from CU2 to CU3

Hi,
i try to upgrade my PVS servers from 2203 CU2 to CU3.
After upgrade i run the PVS configuration wizard and on the last step when it try to upgrade the database the wizard was closed automatically and nothing happens. Services on that servers are down.
I do then a snapshot revert and now the server is working with CU2 again.
Anyone an idea what i can do?

Is there a mistake in the original description in relation  to the specific PVS version being upgrade from and the desired version?
PVS 2203 CU3 is not yet released.
Database version 200 is associated with PVS 2305.

Do you have a backup of the database before beginning the upgrade?
You could try:

1. Stop PVS servers on PVS servers
2. Restore a back up of database
3. Confirm PVS server and console versions are both upgraded to PVS 2305
4. Run configuration wizard again.

If above doesnt help resolve the issue, engaging support would be recommended step.

Hi Dennis, please check below CTX article for a potential resolution, it matches a recent customer case.
Ensure that the local administrators group name is spelled as "administrators" for duration of running configuration wizard.

Great, now the wizard runs till the end.
But the with the dadabase upgrade seems something wrong.
Log is at the attachmConfigWizard.logent and when i try to start the console i get this error.......

Ah, ok. thanks for the hint.
I think that I will stay with PVS CU2 for now.....
