Office Word Translator not working with UPM enable

Hi,

i have a MCS Catalog with random allocation on Citrix Cloud.

The VDA is a Windows Server 2019 DT and the VDA agent is 2203 CU3 but the problem persists from a 2 years on different VDA version.

 

When I enable the UPM via GPO the translator on Office Word stops working while for other applications such as Excel, Power Point and Outlook it works.

I am applying all the best practices recommended by Citrix and the most popular blog for Citrix ? but the problem persists.

But the Privacy policy is already configured right
