Browser based connected to XenApp applications are failing

Question

Browser based connected to XenApp applications are failing however browser based access to my VDI works.

the Xenapp servers are PVS provisioned and my VDI is MCS based.

there is no error. the browser window just disappears after a while.

this may take a few moments.

 

the XenApp connections are working absolutely fine via the workspace App.

I am using a Netscaler gateway.

below are the versions:

Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop 7 2103
