2203 StoreFront upgrade results in An SSL connection could not be established: None of the SSL cipher suites offered were accepted by the server.

Hi all,

 

Upgraded StoreFront from 1912 cu3 to 2203 cu2.

 

At the storeFront website I get "There are no apps or desktops available to you at this time."

 

I have tried cipher suite order on the delivery controllers and checked the web.config files reference 4.7 and not 4.5 re hotfix that got released.

 

Main event log is 

An SSL connection could not be established: None of the SSL cipher suites offered  were accepted by the server.. This message was reported from the Citrix XML Service at address https://LoadBalancedFQDN/scripts/wpnbr.dll. The specified Citrix XML Service could not be contacted and has been temporarily removed from the list of active services.

 

It all works if I set the XDCs to port 80 instead of 443 in StoreFront. This seems to be on the known issues list but I can't find enough information to be able to fix it.

 

Does anyone have experience of this that could help?
