Workspace App not updating via GPO

Question

Citrix Workspace does not update on our user machines despite the GPO being in place and the policy being present on the end user workstations.  

We have the policy set to Enable Receiver Updates - Auto

LTSR Only - Disabled

Receiver Update-DeferUpdate Count  - 0

 Delay Group - FAST

None of the workstations that have this policy applied have updated from version 21.5.0.22. The policy has been in place for over a month.

 

Am I missing some other setting that will install the update automatically? I did search the forum looking for an answer before I posted but could not locate a solution.

That's how it works.  It prompts you to update, but doesn't automatically push out an update.  Mainly because if you had a session going it would drop it to update.

 

You can use SCCM to push it out.  Or if you want a cheaper version use chocolatey with an out of hours scheduled task to deploy updates.
