Several "Running background action for catalog ..." stuck running for days/weeks/months

Hello,

 

If I take a look at the DaaS Console under  Logging->Tasks I can see some task that have been running for a very very long time i.e.

Running background action for catalog xxxx

The action "Cancel" does not have any effect and those tasks do not appear in an API request to (https://api-eu.cloud.com/cvad/manage/Jobs)

Any suggestion how to kill these tasks?
