As the title states above we are using Citrix workspace 2212 on our user's machines. We also use VDA 2212 on our Windows '22 servers.
At random times for random users all the applications they have open on their desktop will close. However, they are still open their session on the server so when they click to open one application all the apps they had will come back since their session is open.
The user's don't get a "Session Interrupted" or any other message when this happens. It has happened over multiple version of the workspace app including 2203, 2212 and 2303.
Does anyone know what may be causing this and if there is a fix for it? Any help would be greatly appreciated, and if you need any more info from me I would be happy to provide anything you may need.
