Workspace App 23.04.0.36 Installation Fails on macOS 13.3.1

Hi, 

 

when trying to install Workspace 23.04.0.36 on MACOS Ventura 13.3.1 installation fails. Log files attached. 

 

Rebooted the machine several times.

I see the system trying to create /Applications/Citrix Workspace.app/Contents/Info.plist, then it says you already have a newer version installed.

 

Can you check your OS to make sure you don't have any Workspace leftovers on your system.

 

Also I see 2 stale sandboxes, so you may want to clear these out before doing an install.  /Library/InstallerSandboxes/.PKInstallSandboxManager/

The error says you already have a newer version installed. Could you uninstall your existing version

1. Download Citrix Workspace App for macOS from Citrix Downloads page. 

2. Use the Uninstaller in the DMG to uninstall cleanly.

3. Install the downloaded version.
