We have configure Citrix DaaS at one of our customers.
VDA version is 2209
Hosting is Azure - Win10 22H2 Multisession
Recently Citrix had an outage that impacted US and EU region and users were unable to logon during morning.
My question is: Is there any alerting on Citrix Cloud (for example, Monitor console) that can be configured to send alerts in case some Citrix components failed?
What we done so far was that we subscribe us on Citrix Cloud Status page in case that some services goes down and in case that Citrix plan some maintenance. But is there any alerting that can be configured specifically within Citrix Cloud environment?
