Secure Mail unable to download attachments - Secure Mail no longer available in PlayStore

As of earlier today we are not able to download attachments using Secure Mail on both Android and iOS, when trying to open an attachment the user briefly gets an error saying "couldn't download attachment"

We are able to download the same attachment using another app such as the Outlook (Android) app.

Same result when using 5G as on WiFi

 

Also the Secure Mail app has disappeared from the PlayStore....

 

I've logged a case with Citrix  - will update this topic if I have anything to add.

They are aware of the PlayStore issue and are working on it with Google.

I can confirm this with several of our customers. Looks like this came since the latest update, as the problem did not happen with the versions before.

We were sent a beta version of the Secure Mail app (using Testflight for iOS) to test if that solves the issue for the attachments 

And it did! so it appears the issue is fixed in the upcoming version of Secure Mail.

I've asked for ETA on the release date.

Playstore is out and this issue fixed now.
