Getting "socket is not connected (socket error 10057)" using CWA only

hello,

we're having an issue where using CWA internally we're not able to access an application server. this happens only when we utilize CWA, however, accessing the Storefront from within the Citrix session doesn't give us the error, same for accessing the Storefront and opening the RDP to that server externally >> no issues. It's happening only through CWA. 

any suggestions would be much appreciated!
