StoreFront menu disappear

Hello All, 

 

Please be informed that I have installed StoreFront 2203 LTSR CU2 on Windows Server 2019. Post installation when while configuring  customize Appearance, I am unable to select background Color Drop box. Once click on right arrow screen disappears and unable to configure settings. This happen will all the menu e.g. Text and Icon color, while adding trusted domain.  I have tried to install it in another VM but issue persists.

I've just checked and tested and this box works for me (2203 CU1), what happens if you reset to default and save the setting and then try again.

Thanks for reply. I did test it earlier, but issue remain the same.

I tested my CU2 instance and I don't see this issue.  It sounds almost like a windows rendering issue.  

 

If you use the tab, arrow, and enter keys can you make the menu appear instead of by mouse?

 

Can you try increasing your resolution in case the window is to small to render?

Its customer managed GPO hence working with client to get it checked.
