Audio stops working after 60 seconds when accessing Citrix Desktop over VPN



Looking for any input on an odd scenario.  When accessing Citrix Desktop over VPN (Zscaler), if audio is generated (any app) within 60 seconds it works, and as long as audio is continually generated it will work indefinitely.  However, if audio is stopped/paused for more than 60 seconds, the next time any audio is generated there is no sound.  We are using UDP audio on the Citrix side.  Tried multiple versions of CWA up to 2302.  Any ideas?
