Hello,

I deleted the file, it recreated an error.log file,

I have this line which repeats itself continuously

Hi,

did you find a solution for this problem?

Is there any actual printer issue being reported in the environment ? The "async engine: Not enough preallocated wsa buffer" is not a fatal error.

Is UPServer.exe crashing frequently ? This continuous stream of errors in the XTE logs could suggest the UPServer is failing. I would remove any unnecessary printer drivers and any you need to keep be updated to the latest. Test using https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX142119/citrix-ups-print-driver-certification-tool

Is the print server able to reach all network printers ok ? Maybe there are stale network printers trying to be mapped continuously for all users if they are in the profile or policy to map them.
