Change UPN on enrolled Devices

We use on-prem XenMobile 10.14 and Netscaler 13.0.

Up to now we've used User Principal Names like NAME@OUR.DOMAIN.COM and have around 1500 enrolled users.

To be inline with MS365 best practices our superiors have decided to change the UPN of everyone to their e-mail adress (--> GIVENNAME.SURNAME@MAIL.COM)

 

Is it possible to change the UPN of our users without needing to re-enroll every device?

I was wondering if you ever found a solution to this?

Currently, we're trying to change the upn aswell but can't find a way without breaking the enrollment in XenMobile.

Hello Fabian,

 

We have the same issue, logged a case at citrix and the reply was there's no way tho change to UPN without breaking the enrolled devices.  Devices need to be re-enrolled. :(
