I am trying to get some information in regards to Receiver freezing when connecting to a remote server. I have a user that after roughly 10 minutes Receiver freezes completely. I have been in contact with the company that hosts the server and it doesn't appear to be on their end and by all accounts and I know that it is not the limitations of the hardware as we have another user that has the exact same model of computer and they are able to use receiver fine. I have tried uninstalling Receiver and using older versions, however it seems to be across all versions of Receiver I have tried going back to 4.12, and I am wondering what can be done to get the error resolved and get this user up and running at this point.
