Workspace 2212 - multiple monitor issue

Hi,

 

Workspace 2212  does not supprt  all my 4 monitors. The Windows of Citrix Applications are placed cross over the 4 monitors and it is not possible select the elements on the windows.

 

Before Installing 2212 I had a version , which had no issues with the 4  monitors.

 

See attached the topology  of monitors . I can only work with  1 +2 (the others  must be dettached). BTW: All the monitors are 17 inches, 4k Monitors.

 

Any idea, how to localize the issue, what could be try to change ?

This usually happens if the Display Memory Limit is not set to be high enough.  Check to make sure that the value is set to 4194303

thanks a lot ! But could you say me, how to get the panel "edit settings" I have only this one here (ui,jpg).

This would be a setting in Citrix Studio, or GPO to set that memory level.
