we have citrix fas
the sso not working the users are being prompted to enter credentials

we check the certificate and no errors

no errors on the vda

no errors on the fas server

Did is worked before or is this a new setup?

Are users get a certificate?

Did you specify the FAS server with the GPO? https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/federated-authentication-service/install-configure.html#configure-group-policy

 

I need some more info to help you.

the fas server is in the GPO  apply on VDA/SF/FAS

Do you get any error in the eventviewer on the FAS, VDA, SF or DDC at the time you signin?

Did you configured the rules: https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/federated-authentication-service/install-configure.html#configure-rules

especially Access control, did you allowed all SF servers, VDAs (Domain Computers) and domain users?
