Access forbbiden error 403, access denied with smartcard

Hi all.

 

We are getting random errors when the users are accesing to Citrix using smartcard authentication. It's an internal access, we are not using Netscaler. Using user/password method we don't have the issue. Once the user validates using the smart card a 403 error (forbidden access) is diplayed to the user.
