0 Tobias Kreidl
Do you have another pool host? If so, you should be able to transfer the metadata file over to the corrupted host. Link to comment
0 Georgi Djolev
unfortunately not, it is single server, i know it is very tricky, but im thinking is there any tool that i can open this machine images, or to mount them to take information from them. Link to comment
0 Tobias Kreidl
Sadly, you may have to rebuild your host. It's always a good idea (as you now know all-too-well) to back up your dom0 and metadata to some external source. Hopefully you can expert and save your VMs. -=Tobias Link to comment
0 Georgi Djolev
Hi Tobias, how to do that, can you please explain me what steps should i make to save the data of the machines. Link to comment
0 Tobias Kreidl
You'll need to run the "xe vm-export" command with various parameters to an external storage device (such as perhaps an available NFS mount). If exported as XVA it should include the VM's metadata. See: https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-hypervisor/vms/import-export.html -=Tobias Link to comment
