Workspace app version 2107 - IE User-Agent appearing in the network requests

Hello,

 

I have installed Citrix workspace app version 2210.5 on windows and its requirement, Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime.

In the network logs originated from the app, I can see that the user agent used appears to be this: 

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; Trident/7.0; rv:11.0) like Gecko, CWAWEBVIEW/22.10.5.9

which is part of IE family however I would have expected to be Edge as the browser engine that the Citrix app uses is Edge.

 

Can someone help me understanding why so, and if it is possible to change that to use Edge instead ?
