Ashok reddy Posted November 1, 2022 Share Posted November 1, 2022 Hello Everyone, Random VDA machines on Citrix cloud, power state going into unknown state. VDA machines are on being hosted on Citrix Hypervisor. Turning on/off of the hosting connection maintenance mode not helped. Power cycling the VMs bringing the power state back to normal but again they were going to back to unknow state. Nothing found on the VDA event logs. Is there any logging happening on Citrix cloud where i can see if any NW interruption between Citrix cloud & Citrix Hypervisor. of course i did not see related event logs on the Cloud connectors.
