Import os layer failed (22.8.0.3)

Hi All

 

I am trying to import a OS layer into ELM (22.8.0.3) on Hyper-V.  VM reboots after running import os layer ps1.  ELM IP adres and credentials are enterd. VM Reboots starts import, after a few minutes VM reboots again. Only error -> The connection failed.  Any idea?

Does the compositing engine machine get created in hyperv?  If so does it get a DHCP address?  If it does is it on the same network as the app  ELM?  If not is port 3260 open from the ce to the elm?

 

The process here is that he script tells the appliance ot create a composting engine machine in hyperv, which then boots, gets a dhcp address and has to mount the layer on the appliance using iscsi to write out the layer contents.
