Not able to update the Machine Catalog in Citrix cloud

When I tried to update the Machine Catalogs in Citrix cloud, It was taking around  45 mins to copying the image and after that throwing error as shown below. 

 

 

 

When clicked on details it is showing below description.

sorry, that's the info you pasted. 
1st you need to check if you have a time out set by Citrix for your operations on CVAD DAAS

2nd provide Citrix the transactionID for exploring more on why this update has failed
