Trying to update tools using the vhd/vhdx boot method outlined by Carl Stalhood. All the diskpart commands work fine, the drive attached as V. When I go to reboot the machine and boot into the vhdx I get this error attached. When I get back into windows I notice the V: drive is no longer mounted. Can anyone help me out here. If you have any tips on updating vmware tools let me know! Thanks
