TEAMS Optimized port in VDI environement

Hello,

I have an optimization problem with TEAMS in my VDI environment.

For TEAMS calls to be of the best possible quality, the network traffic must go through ports 3478 and 3480.

On my VDIs TEAMS always goes through port 443 which results in lower audio quality.

I used the Microsoft tool to check that the ports are open and they are (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/3-envision-evaluate-my-environment in the "Test for opened ports" section).

I don't have the problem with a local PC.

Have you ever had a similar case in your environment?

Hello,

After an exchange with Citrix, I understood my mistake.

In fact the audio / video / sharing streams are sent from the VDI via the HDX plugin (teams must be optimized with HDX) on the user's local computer.

The UDP 3478 and 3480 streams are opened on the local computer.
