TEAMS Optimized port in VDI environement

Question

Hello,

I have an optimization problem with TEAMS in my VDI environment.

For TEAMS calls to be of the best possible quality, the network traffic must go through ports 3478 and 3480.

On my VDIs TEAMS always goes through port 443 which results in lower audio quality.

I used the Microsoft tool to check that the ports are open and they are (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/3-envision-evaluate-my-environment in the "Test for opened ports" section).

I don't have the problem with a local PC.

Have you ever had a similar case in your environment?
