Citrix HDX HTML5 Video Redirection does not start for some VDAs, after every nightly reboot

Citrix HDX HTML5 Video Redirection does not start for some VDAs, after every nightly reboot we notice that some Citrix HDX services does not recover , even if we set the recovery to restart

we have two batches of reboot one for APAC and one for EMEA, we only see this issue on EMEA worker servers

Updated images 2x and 2 different version of teams

Non-Persistent set up

Windows 2019 Server

You'll need CDF traces and a support case... not sure what could be going on.
