Citrix HDX HTML5 Video Redirection service won't start

Hi everyone, 

 

I am facing an issue with getting the Citrix HDX HTML5 Video Redirection Service  to start. NO matter what I do the service just wont start. And because of this Microsoft Teams is not optimised for calls in the VDI. Any advice on solving this issue ? Thanks in advance !

Any entries in the Event Viewer?

Likely you need CDF traces and a support case.

I have the same problem, i try to install VDA 2203 LTSR CU1 (before had 1912 CU2) but the problem is not solved?

in the event viewer error 7034 and 7031..... help me please
