App layering 2206 is missing the ability modify platform layers to used be for editing with app layers

This functionality existed on the Silverlight console.   You could toggle a platform layer to be used for app layers... I'm not seeing that there's a way to do this in App layering 2206 now that Silverlight has been removed.  It looks like it can only be set when the platform layer is created.... I assume this was overlooked?   Seems odd this was removed.

 

Edit: Looks like its hidden now under versions on the platform layer...
