We have recently deployed new Windows OS 2019 VDA with 1912 LTSR CU5. We are using FSLogix profile solution with folder redirection (using GPO). And we have installed M365 Apps for enterprise with shared computer licensing enabled.
Issue:
Scenerio 1: We have published Outlook app and when launching it for the first time, it asks for email address and then it doesn't discover the mailbox and shows the options (See error1.jpeg)
Scenerio 2: When we first login to published desktop and configure outlook, it works fine. Log off from Desktop, launch Outlook from Apps and it shows another error (See error2.jpg)
Scenerio 3: When we first login to published Desktop > Launch outlook without issue. Keep outlook running in published Desktop and launch Outlook from published apps on same VDA>Itworks fine without any error.
Could anyone suggest if they have faced similar issue? Or is there any known issue for Outlook from Citrix published apps on server 2019 with FSLogix?
