Registration State - Unregistered, Citrix Cloud

I installed The cloud connector at a new site, configured an RDS server, created the machine catalog and delivery group.  Everything looks good except the VDA says "registered".  I have  case open with support but hey are taking a long time to get back to me and I really need to get this done ASAP.  The connectivity tests for cloud connector are fine.

I assume it was a typo where you say "Everything looks good except the VDA says "registered"" and that the VDA is unregistered as your snippet suggests.

 

1. Did you install the VDA on the RDS server?

2. On the VDA what do you have in the registry at "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\VirtualDesktopAgent"?
