GfxStatusIndicator running multiple times, generating an .NET Error

Since we've upgraded to LTSR 2203 the "Citrix Graphics Status Tool" is started more than once. It only affects some users and generates an .NET Error

"Unhandled Exception: The request cannot be processed because the process (2904) has been terminated."

 

Does anyone know who i can avoid it?

I have the same problem with 2203 CU1 and the latest version of CCQI (22.9.0.14).  We are using .NET Framework 4.8 dues to the requirements of LTSR 2203.
Currently raising a case with Citrix.

we have the same issue with CVAD 2212 while we use the Visual Quality policy setting "Build to lossless" under the h.264 mode. Any news about this?

Hi, 

not really. Since I was not able to reproduce this issue, citrix decided to close the issue..

Maybe someone else will have more luck.

I have the same issue with VDA 2212, I had to disable the Citrix Graphics Status Tool for now until Citrix fix it.

@Citrix are you paying attention?

we opened a case (#81608964) with Citrix support and received an private fix at the end of February 2023.

But this fix did not solve the problem for us. For now Citrix support ist further investigating.

we have tried installing the newest Citrix VDA 2303 and this solved our problem!
