Connection Reset by peer Linux VDA 2004 on RHEL 8

Hi guys -  I'm attempting to prepare a master image of a RHEL 8 VM using either the pvs-imager command line tool or the QT based GUI - however, after entering all details correctly I receive

 

Connection Failed: <urlopen error [Errorno 104] Connection reset by peer.

 

The RHEL 8 VM has the latest VDA installed for Linux along with Winbind and kerberos correctly configured.  What gives?

 

I can ping and telnet on port 54321 from the RHEL host to the PVS server.

 

Any ideas?

Nevermind! - This issue was caused by not having a self-signed SOAP certificate setup on the PVS server side.

 

Now I just need to modify the script due to upstream changes to the grub2-install rpm called by the pvs-imager wrapper... (as this currently causes the imaging process to fail)

@Chris, just curious, I am having the same exact issue with RHEL 7.9 and PVS 2109.  Can you explain the steps on setting up the self-signed SOAP cert on both the Linux side and on the PVS server side... when it comes to the Linux documentation on Citrix websites, it starts getting really vague....  thanks in advance.
