Citrix Cloud Connector Connectivity Check Inconsistancy.

I am running the Cloud connector connectivity Check on two cloud connectors.

One passes with flying color and the other fails miserably. Both are VMs and both are behind the same firewall.

The only thing I can see is that the Default Proxy Config Access type on the successful one is set to Access Type: 1 and the other is 3.

How are these set? How does the system determine what this setting is? We do not use a Proxy internally so I’m confused how this number is set and producing different results on these tests.
