Is device id created by Citrix Receiver/Citrix Workspace app or Android mobile device itslf?

Am running Android OS 4.4.2 with Citrix Receiver 3.11.

There is a device id that is created in the device that the backend captures. Is the Id created by the CR app or by the device. How do we trim that Id to less than 15 char.?

Example of that id is roida0029095cba42171, roid3b3472460dc657e

If the Citrix Workspace 22.x is used on a mobile running Android 11 OS, then who (device or app) creates the device id and is there any possibility to trim if it is more than 15 char.
