MCS catalog creation fails in China AWS setup

Arun Shanmugam

Question

I am building a new Citrix infrastructure in China AWS account (Beijing). But when I create a new MCS catalog, after timeout I am getting error in Studio as "No facility available for disk upload".

Issue stuck at XenDesktop Temp VM created to get RPM package from S3. I have checked below things, Internet connectivity is available from VM as the subnet has Internet Gateway attached. Outbound rule to all ports and destination is set in Security Group.

Details as follows, Citrix 1912 LTSR CU5 running on Windows 2016 Datacenter OS.

Can someone help me with it, if I am missing something or get it done in other way around ?
