Citrix Workspace App on Mac is not being detected during installing HDX RealTime Media Engine 2.9.400

Hi,

 

I am using Mac OS Monterey 12.0.1 and have installed Citrix Workspace App version 22.01.0.23 (2201). But when I am trying to install Citrix HDX RealTime Media Engine 2.9.400 For Skype, it keeps saying Citrix Workspace App is not installed. I already tried reinstalling my Citrix Workspace App.

 

Attached is the screenshot of HDX RealTime Media Engine installation error message, my installed Citrix Workspace version and my MacOS version.

 

Could you please share some insight on how to fix that? I really need the plugin to have a usable Skype call.
