"Cannot complete your request"

We are running Citrix VDI within our environment.  All users are on Windows 10 machines and most using Google Chrome.  Over the last week we have a lot of users receiving "cannot complete your request" when launching the Citrix shortcut icon from their desktop.  We have found that simply clearing cache fixing the issue.  


This does appear to be happening on many different versions of Citrix Workspace, also happening on different browsers as well. 


Just trying to figure out why this just started happening.
