Possible to script VDA upgrade on Ubuntu?

Hi,

Do someone know, or are doing it themselves, if it is possible to script the upgrade process for the VDA agent itself on Ubuntu using the debian-package? Running the dpkg -i command gives us the question to upgrade because it finds an older version. Is it possible to script the answer to this?

LVDA supports self-update on Azure since Whale(2106)

and /opt/Citrix/VDA/sbin/selfupdate.sh

 

if new environment variables are added in new version, ctxsetup will prompt to input the value, so you need to export all new  environment variables to avoid the prompt.

I'm attaching a script that I wrote for this.  You might need to modify it for your environment or configuration.install_vda.sh.txt
