WE are experiencing issues with citrix work space app , with flickering screen.
This is a inconsistent issue. User login into citrix and will be working for hours , and all of a sudden the screens start flickering and they go blank.
It looks like the system is off , but it is the video .
To resolve the situation , i need to do one of the following:
1. Unplug the display cable and plug them back in --> all is good
2. Reboot unit and display recovers properly --
This issue is very frustrating . Any advise is greatly appreciated.
