FSLogix and O365 Account Data

I'm running into an issue with our published desktop farm and Office 365. We're using FSLogix to create and store OST data on our file server so users can log onto any server in the farm and retain their email cache, search data, etc. The issue we're having is when users log on, the VHD mounts on the server, but when opening Outlook their account configuration is gone. Outlook behaves as if it's the first time it's been opened and requires users to set up their account each time. I have the attached Office directories excluded from Citrix Profile Management as recommended by the FSLogix setup guide. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

smells like your messaging subsystem key is not roaming - are you doing anything funky with your registry configs in UPM? I would also suggest leaving outlook personalisation data in the profile

We had the Same problem for the last 2 days with 2 users but we do not use UPM at all.

User logged in and the Profile did not save.

 

I have a call opening with MS and the FSlogix Team.

 

The problem is there is no new or decent article to really set this up the right way.

So you have to use multiple Docs to get this to work.
