NotNow-Antwort : InviteToProgram MDM command

Hi all,

 

We have the problem, from time to time, that DEP devices we want to re-enroll, are stuck after the device reset and during the enrollement initialization process on the following message : "Wait for final configuration of XXX".

 

IT  last forever, and from the xenmobile console perspecitve, we can see the following error message in loop from the device perspective in "Deployment Group" section  : NotNow-Antwort : "InviteToProgram MDM command (PARK)".

 

Did you already experience such issues ?

In many cases like this, disabling the "Wait for configuration to complete setup" setting in your DEP configuration will allow the configuration to continue and complete.

Thank you very much, meanwhile I disabled this settings without seeing this message and it fixed an issue we were having ... and at the same time this message s gone now effectively :))
